Community Resources

Information to help individuals and families navigate developmental services, government funding and useful community supports across Ontario and Northumberland County.

Need help finding the right resource?

Navigating developmental services, funding and community supports can feel complicated. Access Community Services can help you understand available resources, identify where to start, and connect you with the appropriate service or organization.

Whether you’re looking for information about DSO, Passport funding, community resources, housing, transportation or other supports, our team can help point you in the right direction.

Access can help you navigate and connect to resources. Access does not determine eligibility or approval for government-administered programs — those decisions are made by the responsible ministry or agency.
