People supported

Group Living — 42 adults supported across eight homes in Cobourg and Port Hope.
Supported Independent Living — 30+ people supported to live in their own homes in the community.
Access Connections — ACS’s fee-for-service program, with ongoing registration throughout the year.

In Northumberland County

We develop community partnerships and connections.
