Access is committed to Quality Assurance Measures, best practices, and services that respect the dignity and independence of clients and staff.
Individuals, staff and volunteers receive training in rights and responsibilities, abuse prevention, informed consent, health and safety, and community safety. Family members and significant others are included in person-centred planning.

MCCSS Inspection
Access is required to post the results of its compliance inspection by the Ministry of Children, Community and Social Services (MCCSS).
The Ministry found Access in compliance as of May 16, 2025 with Ontario Regulation 299/10 of SIPDDA and applicable policy directives for funded adult developmental services.
