Be Part of a Community Where Everyone Belongs.

At Access Community Services, inclusion happens when people come together. Our events, partnerships and community initiatives create opportunities to connect, build relationships, raise awareness and support meaningful opportunities for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Volunteer with Access

Everyone has something to give.

Volunteering at Access runs both ways. Community members bring time, skills and friendship — and people supported by Access volunteer and contribute in their community too.

Community members

Share a skill, an interest or an afternoon. We will find a role that fits what you enjoy and the time you have, from recreation and outings to committee work and office support.

Events and initiatives

Our events happen because people show up for them. Volunteers help with set-up, welcoming and registration, running activities and keeping the day moving — including at the ACS Golf Tournament.

People supported by ACS

Contribution runs both ways. People supported by Access volunteer in Northumberland County too, in meaningful roles chosen around their own strengths and interests, because everyone has something to offer.

We are seeking new Board members.
